HERRADURA TEQUILA DINNER - THE THRILL OF THE GRILL
There is a reason we are called Blue Mesa Grill – our menu features grilled meats, fish and vegetables with unique marinades, glazes and relishes. We put it all together with this great summer menu including Grilled Achiote Shrimp on Corn Pancakes, a Smoky Rib Eye with Roasted Chile Demi-glaze, and a Margarita Lime Pie with Orange Tequila Sauce. Paired with top shelf and fresh fruit margaritas made with Herradura tequilas.
Herradura is of the oldest distilleries, with age old practices and only 100% blue agave in their tequilas. They are credited with creating Reposado (“rested”) tequila with their Reposado aged over 11 months. Come taste a phenomena in quality tequilas.
